Después de judicializar las medidas tomadas por Nación, la administración de Horacio Rodríguez Larreta piensa en implementar mayores restricciones. Se baraja la posibilidad de apostar por un esquema similar a una fase 1, con la idea de evitar encuentros familiares y sociales.
