Con evasivas y vaguedades, Capuchetti respondió a los múltiples cuestionamientos de los abogados de la vicepresidenta por las falencias en la investigación del atentado. El rechazo a la recusación deberá ser tratado por dos camaristas designados a dedo por Mauricio Macri -Leopoldo Bruglia y Pablo Bertuzzi- y por otro que jugaba al fútbol en la quinta del expresidente -Mariano Llorens-.
